Plywood kid's room decor.

Having completed an apprenticeship as a cabinet-maker in his youth, my father has always turned his nose up at man-made wood products...but I think he'd have to concede plywood has certainly made a stylish impact recently, especially kid's rooms.
I know there have been little diamonds of beauty going back to the last century....this Eames elephant is just one example...

...but it seems to have become a regular addition to domestic interiors...and is ideal to take the knocks of day-to-day kid's room life.
